The internationality and the global market make multilingualism the standard for guests on site and prospective customers at home. A standard, however, that does not mix the wonderful characteristics of these two Swiss cities, but the AI-Concierge manages to bring those nice, sweet and mighty peculiarities in the answer to the fore through the clever use of "generative AI", own language models and the content of both tourism organisations - Swiss chocolate in language! The AI Concierge is a revolutionary product that enables people to communicate with content in a way that has not been possible before. We use currently available generative AI services such as GPT3 and ChatGPT 3.5T to integrate them into our own AI processes. Our AI Concierge is designed to provide access to information with classifiable answers in calculable degrees of freedom. The AI-Concierge has already been used successfully by tourists, guests and interested parties since 02/2023 in Wagrain-Kleinarl (bell) but also in an exclusive hotel in Hallstatt, the Heritage Hallstatt (search magnifier) and since 10.05.2023 now also by Carinthia Tourism (AI-Concierge logo). Since 01.06.2023, the Austrian Tourist Board is also online with its official tourism portal (red chat icon) and the support of AI-Concierge! The knowledge content comes from the customers' website and their extended textual content (PDF, Word,...) or also structured data sources and can be used in almost any language without additional costs for content or its training. The AI Concierge is ready for use in a few days. Training in the use of the content is done in a few hours. Learning takes place without training cases. New knowledge is immediately available!

In addition, the AI concierge has been firmly established in the municipality of Villach since 12.06.2023 to answer citizens' questions and concerns in the best possible way. Thus, a new, consistent step in efficiency and effectiveness has been taken by the innovative municipality - to inform the citizens quickly, accurately and comprehensively.

GDPR and "generative AI":

  • As part of the use of our AI-Concierge SaaS, a DSFA for the generic service can also be handed over and checked for compliance and clearance by your data protection officer.
  • Alternative models possible: Of course, the AI-Concierge can also be used with Microsoft services (Azure OpenAI Service) on request and thus fulfils the DSGVO requirements in accordance with European data protection regulations.
